Nathan Polanski with MIG/SvR Design Company and City staff to present the Wyatt Way Phase 1 design recommendations and City Council to consider approval of preferred design.
Background:
The Wyatt Way Reconstruction Phase 1 project (from Madison to Lovell) consists of roadway resurfacing, sidewalks and bike lanes, and intersection capacity improvements at Wyatt Way and Madison Avenue.
The original agreement to develop the preferred alternative and public process was approved by City Council in January 2016. This proposed Professional Services Agreement is for the completion of the preferred alternative design in the amount of $258,960.00. See attached scope of work for further details.

Motion:
I move that the City Council move the mini-roundabout design preferred alternative and Professional Services Agreement with MIG/SvR Design Company in the amount of $258,960.00 for the Wyatt Way Reconstruction Phase 1 project to the June 28, 2016 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda for approval. |
