During the past several months, Olympic Property Group has been working on revising the development proposal for the Suzuki property. The revised proposal is based on recommendations from the Environmental Assessment conducted by ESA, Inc., a consultant contracted with by the City of Bainbridge Island. In addition, Olympic Property Group contracted with ESA to conduct additional site evaluation in follow-up to the work completed for the City.
Jon Rose of Olympic Property Group will attend the October 3, 2017, meeting of the City Council to present the revised proposal and answer questions.
