| | | | | | | | | DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND | Kitsap County is authorized by law to operate a jail for misdemeanants and felons. The City of Bainbridge Island does not have or operate such a facility and wishes to renew an existing agreement with the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office for this purpose. This agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018, unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
