| | | | | | | | | DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND | In the 2017 City budget there is $50,000 authorized to conduct a sewer utility rate study. The City Council asked the Utility Advisory Committee (UAC) to advise "on the need for and if appropriate the scope of a review of the water and sewer utility rate structures." The UAC has considered this subject at many of its meetings in recent months, and recommends a rate study be conducted as detailed in the attached memorandum.

I move to authorize the City Manager to proceed with a solicitation for professional services to complete a water and sewer utility rate study as recommended by the UAC. |
