DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND

On March 30, 2017, the City signed an agreement with Sáez Consulting Engineers in the amount of $49,750 for the 60% design phase of the Village Pump Station project.

Amendment No. 1 is for an additional $23,000 to complete 100% design plans and bid documents, resulting in a revised contract amount of $72,750. See attached scope of services for more details.

RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION

I move to forward to the November 28, 2017, consent agenda Amendment No. 1 to the Village Pump Station Professional Services Agreement between the City and Sáez Consulting Engineers.
