| | | | | | | | | DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND | Mary Healy has proposed to place a bench in memory of Zoya Mussienko at the Waterfront Park. The bench will match the existing bench near the city dock. City donation policy requires City Council approval of this donation.
The City shall be responsible for the maintenance of the bench and the initial term of the Agreement shall be for five years. See the attached Agreement for more details.

I move that the City Council forward to the November 28, 2017, consent agenda acceptance of the Waterfront Park Memorial Bench donation by Mary Healy and hereby authorize the City Manager to accept the donation.
