DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND

A call for participation was issued for volunteers to join the Island Center Subarea Plan Steering Committee. BIMC Section 2.16.210.E describes the Steering Committee appointment process, composition, and responsibilities. The Mayor and Deputy Mayor reviewed the Steering Committee applications, conducted interviews, determined that the background of the individuals below meets the requirements of BIMC Section 2.16.210.E, and recommend that the below individuals be considered for appointment.
