DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND

On March 30, 2017, the City signed an agreement with Sáez Consulting Engineers in the amount of $49,750 for the 60% design phase of the Village Pump Station project.

Amendment No. 1 is for an additional $23,000 to complete 100% design plans and bid documents, resulting in a revised contract amount of $72,750. See attached scope of services for more details.

The City Council considered this contract amendment at its November 14, 2017, meeting. At that meeting, the Council forwarded to the consent agenda for this meeting Amendment No. 1 to the Village Pump Station Professional Services Agreement between the City and Sáez Consulting Engineers in the amount of $23,000.
