During the October 3, 2017, Study Session, Olympic Property Group (OPG) presented a proposal for the development of the Suzuki property. Following the presentation and Council discussion, direction was given to the City Manager to prepare a development agreement for Council consideration.

The attached draft development agreement was distributed to the City Council on Friday, November 17, with a request for review and individual comments from members of the City Council. Clearly, the draft agreement is missing two important pieces of information, which will eventually be included as Exhibits B and C of the agreement. Exhibit B is the development proposal dated September 12, 2017, which was discussed during the October 3rd Study Session. At this point, a project budget is needed before Exhibit C can be completed.

This item is on the agenda for the purpose of obtaining City Council input and comments to make sure the development agreement is consistent with the desires and expectations of the Council.
