The City publishes a comprehensive fee schedule to provide a single point of reference for fees and charges for City programs and services. The fee schedule includes a wide variety of items, from charges for use of the City dock to rates for the City's utilities. The fees and charges may be updated by Council action throughout the year; staff updates the fee schedule document periodically. Once approved, the fee schedule is posted to the City's website.

This resolution approves a new fee schedule, with certain amendments (shown in highlighted text in the version of the fee schedule provided for this agenda item):

• Updates to Section 7, Facilities, to show fees associated with the rental of the Waterfront Park Community Center;
  
  

• Updates to Section 9, Building and Planning Fees, to show Transportation Impact Fees as provided by Ordinance 2017-21;
• Updates to Section 11, Utility Fees, to show the 2018 SSWM fee, and 2018 fees for customers served by Kitsap County Sewer District 7; and
• Updates to Section 12, Miscellaneous Fees, to eliminate a reduced annual fee applicable to 2017 only for boat ramp and boat trailer parking.
