DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND

In January 2018, the City of Bainbridge Island solicited Requests for Proposals from the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) Consultant Roster for a Water and Wastewater Utility Rate Study and an update to the City’s system participation fees.

City staff interviewed two firms and recommends award to FCS Group in the amount not to exceed of $82,960 as the most qualified consultant to prepare the study. For further details, see attached professional services agreement.

At the City Council's February 27, 2018, Business Meeting, the Council considered this item and forwarded it to the Consent Agenda for this meeting.

RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION

Approve with the Consent Agenda.
