| | | | | | | | | DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND | The Administrative Manual of the Department of Planning and Community Development, adopted in November 2011 (“Administrative Manual”), is designed to be a user-friendly manual that contains submittal requirements and supporting documents for land use permits all in one place. The Department has identified several revisions to the Administrative Manual that are necessary in order to update submittal requirements for land use review procedures consistent with the newly enacted Critical Areas Ordinance Update No. 2018-01 (which is effective April 23, 2018).
The revised Administrative Manual is attached for review. Proposed revisions are highlighted in yellow on pages 2, 20, 24, and 27-31.
