The City publishes a comprehensive fee schedule to provide a single point of reference for fees and charges for City programs and services. The fee schedule includes a wide variety of items, from charges for use of the City Dock to rates for the City's utilities. The fees and charges may be updated by Council action throughout the year; staff updates the fee schedule document periodically. Once approved, the fee schedule is posted to the City's website.

This resolution takes the following actions:

• In Section 11, increases the fee for Sewer District 7 in accordance with actions taken by the Sewer District 7 Board of Commissioners.
• In Section 11, adds the Casey Street Water System. This new system will use the fees currently approved for the Winslow Water System.
• In Section 12, adds a new fee for use of utilities at the City Dock.
• In Section 12, retitles an existing fee. The new title, Buoy Fees, replaces Linear Moorage Fees as the Linear Moorage System will be removed and replaced with individual buoys.
• In Section 12, retitles another existing fee to remove reference to the linear moorage system.
