DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND

The development moratorium is set to expire on July 9, 2018. City staff anticipate an additional 90 days will be needed to complete work identified in the original moratorium work plan. The City Council is asked to determine if the moratorium should be extended while that work is being completed - see related Council agenda item on Update on Moratorium Workplan.

 

A public hearing on the moratorium is scheduled to be held at the June 26, 2018, City Council meeting. The ordinance included with this agenda item is the public hearing draft.
