DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND

City staff have been working to address the issues identified in the development moratorium (Ordinance No. 2018-02, amended by Ordinance Nos. 2018-03, 2018-05, 2018-09, and 2014-14). See attached Work Program Status Table.

Also, attached is an overview of the City's approach to revising Subdivision Design Standards. The Planning Commission is expected to complete their review on the update to subdivision regulations at a special meeting on June 21, 2018.
